Our Founder
Emma Valerio, founder of Unidas por una Infancia Feliz and Thrive Nanny Network, has over 30 years of experience as a professional nanny. She is a Certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) and certified in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
She is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Her passion for childcare and commitment to the well-being of families led her to create this initiative, whose purpose is to transform children's lives through exceptional love and care.
Courses Offered
Our courses are designed to train nannies and caregivers in the comprehensive development of children. Through specialized training, our students will learn about child care, emotional and physical development, effective communication with families, and educational methods such as Montessori.
